Notice: Rezoning applications submitted after February 3, 2026, will be scheduled for consideration by the Planning and Zoning Commission at their April 9, 2026, meeting or later, after the new Land Development Code and official zoning map take effect. Staff will continue to accept rezoning applications and will continue to meet and work with applicants during the transition to the new Land Development Code. This approach allows rezoning applications to move forward under a single, consistent set of zoning regulations and avoids having applications reviewed under two different versions of the zoning code.
